Bridging the Gap for Individuals with Disabilities

The Adam Morgan Foundation is facing a significant funding challenge. Effective July 1, 2026, Missouri Medicaid will eliminate the Community Specialist billing code that has helped fund many of the individualized supports we provide to neurodiverse individuals and people with disabilities.

This funding loss threatens services that help individuals access communication devices, develop independence skills, build meaningful community connections, pursue employment opportunities, and participate more fully in everyday life.
